Can black cohosh help make a masculine frame more feminine, how do tyranny's look better than me?

I have a boyish figure and very masculine arms. Can estrogen supplements make me look more feminine? I'm not looking (sorry!!) Some people say I'm cute and my boyfriend likes my tomboyishness. But it doesn't mean I can't be a pretty tomboy,lol. I took black cohosh about a year ago just one bottle and coincindentaly I noticed for the first time in my life I had a waist not just a torso with legs. I also had lost five pounds but I was walking a lot and eating fruit everyday. Is it ok to take estorgen pills or herbal supplements like black cohosh?
