What is better for pve/pvp rogue or feral druid?(cat not bear)?

ok so i really want to reroll a cl in WoW that can stealth but i dunno which to be either a druid or rogue. i always loved rogues and i always loved druids. if i was a druid i would get the benefit of if i get bored of cat form i could just respec healer or dps caster or tank. but right now i really want a stealth cl so wat would be better at dps at pve and pvp a rouge or feral(cat form) druid?
