More safety for 3 point seatbelt baby's car seat?

Hi. I'm expecting to have baby in June, and bought a car seat which uses seatbelt to secure it to rear seat. I was thinking of buying an anti slip rubber to put under the baby car seat so that it doesn't slip in case of an accident. Any other ideas that you could recommend would be appreciated.
