Why hasn't the United States been through any real changes since Obama's win in the elections?

Obama Has been to busy going to talk shows and posing for the cameras that he forgot he was a president and not a celeb. maybe hes trying to get in the latest issues of In touch or vogue and other stuff like that. He has also been to busy of trying to find ways of spending the nations money on personal use.
