Mumbai Man.p.consult promissed me send visa with in 15 days. but i am not yet received. How long it will take?

I had sent my medical reports to Mumbai Manpower consultancy for Abudhabi - civil foreman job. They are promissed me they arrange to sent Company visa within 15 days. But I am not yet received from them. They are always told please wait. I want to know the actual status. How to find out and whether this placement is confirmed or not. How to goto confirm.
