Is McCain in Denial? ?

Palin was truly without substance, to most of us. His selection of her was like preaching to the choir. However, McCain lost the election while in Jacksonville, Florida on September 15th, when he stated that "the fundamentals of the economy are strong." The polls were in his favor until that statement. He showed average Americans that he was truly out of touch with their everyday needs to feed, house and cloth themselves and their dependents.
