Accutane, going on it, safe?

Hi, I'm about to turn 15, I've been going to dermatologists for over three years now, nothing has worked, I've tried antibiotics, many topical creams and etc etc, you name it. It's extremely intense, my nose looks like puffy and inflated all the time, red, several large bumps usually occupy it (and they're very painful,like ingrown pimple things, not whiteheads) and it's just reaalll bad. I have them all over my face but my nose is the worst because of it's "swelling look", make up doesn't cover any of it. I'm already on birth control, my pediatrician wanted me on it. Except for the fact I've been on it almost a month and I've been bleeding for 25 days, I have to go see a gynecologist this upcoming monday for that (It's extensive and bad, my mom just thinks I may have a cist) Anyways, irrelevant, lol, sorry. Point is, my new dermatologist is putting me on Accutane. I know two people on it, but I just wanted to get another opinion as well. I've had a history of some anxiety disorder thing and I've talked to my mom about the possibilty that I might be depressed (seeing a pyschologist soon) and she's apprehensive on putting me on this. Anyone care to share an opinion? Thanks so much.
