Christians, does Isaiah 53:4~5 mean spiritual or physical healing?

I believe both, as well, but primarily spiritual. Ultimately God is behind any and all healing, but God chooses to heal some afflictions while allowing others. But God universally heals our spiritual affliction when we accept Christ.
