How to get rid of acne?

i think i ve tried almost everything and nothing works i just want a remedy or a product that actually works and i can stick with it. i used proactiv, clearasil, oxy, benzagel, neutragena, l'oreal you name i i have used the product. if anyone knows anyproducs or remedy that will work i would be so happy.
