Is it possible for my daughter to be both flower girl and ring bearer?

My fiance and I getting married in March. We are now getting married in Church instead of park. I had originally wanted my 11 yr old toy poodle as my ring bearer. I may ot be able to have my dog in the sanctuary. So can my daughter be both ring bearer and flower girl?
