Need help troubleshooting with my new clutch?

I own a 1994 Saturn SL, Its clutch is hydraulic, and I just had it changed along with the transmission. The mechanic came to my house and installed the clutch, but when he left i saw that the clutch pedal goes all the way to the floor, and feels like it doesnt grab onto the clutch.
