There’s a woman at my job who I don’t like. What should I do?

There’s a woman at my job who really annoys me. She’s a very nice person, but it’s the way she looks that I don’t like. She has some kind of birth defect that makes her have no neck. Her head just looks like it’s sitting right on her shoulders. To be honest it frightens me. I must have some kind of phobia of mutated people or something. I just can’t stand being around her. She’s just so creepy. Every time she comes near me, I feel intense fear. Should I just confront her and tell her that her condition frightens me and ask her to stay away from me at all times? Or would that be some kind of “faux pas?”
