When I do a Stucco job for resid. or comm. acct, do I add sales tax to my bid or proposal and invoice them tax?

I am opening a stucco business in mississippi, and i need to know when I bid on a job either residential or commercial, do I need to add sales tax. When I invoice them do I need to add sales tax?
