Please, please, please help! Tornado in a bottle experiment?

Pressure will be decreasing for the bottle on top and increasing on the bottle on the bottom. This is due to the water moving from the top bottle to the bottom bottle. In this case. pressure in not really a factor to the speed of the water draining from the top bottle to the bottom. It is gravity, the amount of spin that you may had added to these bottles, and the size in diameter of the neck of these two bottles that are the main factors that will determined the speed of the water draining into the second bottle.
